This return policy exclusively covers purchases made directly through our official Lawnova website. It does not apply to warranty claims, which are governed by our independent Limited Warranty Policy. Items purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers are not eligible for direct returns via Lawnova; please reach out to the original seller for after-sales support.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Unshipped orders may be cancelled upon request. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all cancelled orders. Pre-orders and promotional orders are subject to their respective campaign terms and conditions.
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery or initiate a standard return request after receiving your package.

3. Return Process & Shipping Guidelines

Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to our designated warehouse within 7 calendar days.
All returns must be securely packaged in the original product packaging or approved alternative packaging to prevent transit damage. Ensure all original accessories, parts, and labels are included in full.
Lawnova reserves the right to reject returns or apply a 10% restocking and damage fee for items that are incomplete, damaged, used, modified, or fail to meet our return condition standards.

Defective & Quality-Related Returns: For items with manufacturing defects or quality issues confirmed by our inspection team, Lawnova will cover all return shipping fees and issue a full refund.
Non-Defective Returns: For returns due to personal preference, customer error, or non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% standard restocking fee.
